Surprise was the second doe twin out of Anastasia's first freshening. We love her dairy character and promising escutcheon height. She handily won Res. Jr. Champion at the sole 2025 show she attended at the age of just five months.

"Surprise" because we thought for sure Anastasia had just one, and all the babies were named after ships of the line that year.

“So it’s every hand to his rope or gun, quick’s the word and sharp’s the action. After all... Surprise is on our side.”
